PRIME Instructional Materials A WIDA RESOURCE
These are the instructional materials that have been reviewed by WIDA-trained correlators.
"Please note that WIDA does not endorse any set of instructional materials. ELL teachers work in a range of environments that may include pull-out classes, stand-alone classes, or a combination thereof and the needs of their ELL students vary widely. For that reason, teachers should consider the information contained in the correlation below along with other questions listed in the FAQs to determine how particular materials best meet their needs"

PRIME The Protocol for Review of Instructional Materials for ELLs (PRIME) Developed by WIDA
(PRIME) is not an evaluative tool aimed to judge the effectiveness of published materials using the WIDA ELP Standards. The goal is twofold: 1) to aid publishers and correlators in developing materials and communicating how their materials incorporate or address aspects of the WIDA ELD Standards, and 2) to assist educators in making informed decisions in selecting instructional materials for programs serving ELLs.
